Owning a business is about following a passion and expressing an identity. Choosing a service or a product as a consumer is about what touches the human side of you, what speaks to your unspoken mind, as much as the rational need that this product or service is filling. So, how are self expression and human need united?
Communication.
This is what good design can offer. I communicate with my clients, listen to their ideas, and interpret them into shapes, colors, images, text, and promotional strategies. In this way, a person can connect with several other people at once, sending a message that may be difficult to express with words. Yes, buy my product…but here’ why it (and I) are unique.
My services include graphic design, web design and development, branding and identity development, logo creation, illustration, print production such as catalogs, postcards, brochures, business cards, wedding invitations, and more.
I earned two Bachelors degrees from UC Santa Cruz in Fine Art Printmaking and Politics in 2006, and spent three years studying intensively in the Cabrillo College Digital Media program. I became a working Designer in February 2008, as a paid intern for a client that I still have a great relationship with, and am very fond of.
“After trying and failing several times to get the perfect logo for our company we discovered Angela Stucky. Angela is an incredibly talented artist whose style fit well with the image we wanted to present. Our recommendations for minor changes to the logo were well-received and promptly completed. I would highly recommend Angela for her artistic talent and professionalism. She was a joy to work with.”

“As Cabrillo Digital Media Department program chair and faculty, it has been a pleasure to see the outstanding work Angela Stucky has produced... I was impressed by her determination to do all it took to make the project meet her creative vision. The time and care she took to realize her concept demonstrated her ability to complete complex projects while maintaining a creative and technical balance in design solutions… At Cabrillo, Angela has continued to learn and produce quality work.
